There has been an inn next to the baroque pilgrimage church since 1799 already, which is as popular with locals as with travellers. Since 1911 it is named after the family running the business – Ederer. Much has changed, yet one thing has always remained the same: The kitchen is still the very heart of the Ederer.
Culinary art here means that quality products from regional manufacturers are refined to exquisite dishes.
The Ederer shares its philosophy with its local suppliers. And in fact there is definitely no lack of excellent food such as meat, fish, fruit and vegetables in the Weiz region. Guests experience this outstanding quality when visiting the restaurant but also at gala dinners and banquets in the Ederer’s own event hall.
